Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial and experienced Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business sales and expanding our market presence in the Americas. This role focuses on selling value-driven software within the Data, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and Trade Promotions (TPx) space.


Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on companies that can benefit from XTEL's RGM solutions.
  • Value-Driven Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies that emphasize the value and ROI of XTEL's solutions, addressing the specific needs and challenges of prospective clients.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative approach to understand client needs and tailor solutions that align with their business objectives and growth strategies.
  • Market Expertise: Understand, lead, and stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the RGM/trade/promotions space to effectively position XTEL's offerings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless client experience and successful solution delivery.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of XTEL.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in closing enterprise business, preferably within the related sectors.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Demonstrated entrepreneurial experience or mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, take initiative, and drive growth.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in selling complex, value-driven solutions to senior-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of data analytics, RGM, trade, and promotions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly driven and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
