Job description

Youre an experienced and passionate aged or health care leader and y ou bring a balance of strong business acumen, positive leadership and an understandin g of the aged care sector. You are no stranger to leading a team remotely, and you have a rea l knack for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders .

This leadership role is critical to the success of the region with a holistic focus on leading improvements and efficiencies, working strategically across the southern region. R eporting to our Deputy CEO, this role will see you acting as an effective support conduit between onsite Residential Services Managers and our Support Services team . Your role will be heavily focused on supporting your Residential Services Managers to deliver excellent care and services to our residents and their families , manage funding and budgetary requirements, support
