Job description

An exciting opportunity has become available for a permanent full-time Learning and Development Officer position within the People and Capability department. This dynamic and motivated team is committed to delivering integrated internal organisational services across all departments.

The Learning and Development Officer will provide exemplary support to the Senior People and Capability Business Partner, facilitating the delivery of coordinated learning and development initiatives throughout Isaac Regional Council.

For This Position We Offer

  • $86, per annum (Stream A, Level 4) location allowance
  • Based in the Isaac Region choose the location that suits you best
  • Nominally 72.5 hours per fortnight
  • Fortnightly RDO (Rostered Day Off) in accordance with IRCs Certified Agreement
  • 5 weeks annual
