Job description

Are you passionate about creating engaging videos for platforms like YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat? Join Totem Network, Australia’s largest social video network, as a Video Editing Intern and gain hands-on experience in crafting impactful content while learning from industry experts.

At Totem, we collaborate with iconic entertainment brands and social creators to maximise the value of video content on social media. This internship offers an incredible opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to high-profile entertainment projects.

What You'll Learn

  • Video Editing Workflows: Gain hands-on experience with industry-standard practices and tools, including Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Social Media Best Practices: Learn how to create and optimise videos for social platforms.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with professional editors, content strategists, and channel managers.
  • Remote Work Setup: Develop a productive post-production setup to work from anywhere.
  • Research & Strategy: Attend content strategy meetings and conduct research to enhance workflows.

  • Create and refine captions to improve accessibility and engagement.

Requirements

  • Currently studying (or recently completed studies in) video editing, media, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro) and Google Workspace is desirable.
