Responsibilities: Deliver training on deploying and managing Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) v5.0, covering installation, configuration, routing, and troubleshooting of contact center solutions; ensure best practices for system optimization and performance.
Skills: Expertise in Cisco UCCX, contact center solutions, deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Compensation: Competitive
Salary: 33k per day
