The Opportunity

Here at Findex we are currently looking for an Organisational Development Specialist to join our Culture, Leadership and Learning team. This role will report into our Head of Culture, Leadership and Learning, and will be responsible for driving and supporting the development and implementation of key People and Culture initiatives across Findex, including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), employee engagement, performance, and dynamic working. 

The OD specialist will be responsible for building strategies, plans, coordinating programs, events, and activities that promote these initiatives. They will work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to drive the initiatives to enhance employee engagement, cultural awareness, and supports overall business success. 

What will your typical week look like? 

  • Drive and support OD initiatives and projects, ensuring successful development, delivery, implementation and tracking of impact across the organisation 
  • With a DEI (specialist) lens, drive the execution of the Diversity strategy including assist in reviewing and updating related policies, procedures, and practices to ensure inclusivity in hiring, promotions, and workplace culture
  • Responsible for all performance management activities including framework, systems, process, communications, tracking and reporting
  • Drive the Findex Employee Listening and Engagement program including employee surveys, insights, reporting and action planning

Let’s talk about you! 

  • Relevant Bachelors degree in Human resources or a related field
  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role with a focus on DEI initiatives and strategy
  • Proven experience driving engagement, DEI and performance programs end-to-end
  • A successful track record of delivering large scale / multi-site projects including project development, tracking and implementation 
  • Previous experience using culture, engagement and change management tools to deliver successful outcomes
