Job description

We are hiring a High Ticket Closer to join our business partner's B2C high-ticket offer.


If you don't have 3+ years of high ticket B2C experience, please do not apply.


The Next League Program is designed to help professionals achieve their American Dream by guiding them to become EB1A-ready within six months, without requiring sponsorship, a lottery, or a significant financial investment.


Offer Price Point: $12,500 - $15,000


Closer Compensation Structure: 10% commission


On-Track Earnings: With a close rate of 10% -15% from average total leads of 70-100 per month, USD $8,000 - $10,000 per month.


Lead Generation Methods: Social media posts and direct outreach.

Job Description:


The High Ticket Closer is an exciting position for a high-energy, motivated, and experienced closer.


It is a full time, in-house role (NO AGENCIES) with the potential for multi 6 figure + compensation.


You must be an A-player with a relentless work ethic. If you only do enough work to get a paycheck, you won't survive here. You are expected to take 100+ live calls per month.


Example: if you have 130 booked calls and 30 don't show that equals 100 live calls for the month.


Responsibilities:


  • Take scheduled sales calls team sets for you
  • Set calls/work leads when no sales calls are scheduled (working hours)
  • Appointment and lead tracking
  • Close as many deals as you possibly can
  • Complete end of day KPI reports
  • Attend regular company, department and manager meetings/trainings
  • Meet and exceed monthly objectives
