Job description

What can I expect?

This position is responsible for generating revenue by representing Sourcewell's enterprise solutions. This position is directly responsible for reaching profit and margin goals by developing strong relationships with key and targeted agency accounts and serving as a trusted advisor. This position will be actively involved in the management, retention, and growth of assigned agency accounts. This position will occasionally represent Government Accounts at internal meetings and will work closely with our Military Installation Support Program team.


Requirements (see career site for more information):

  • Business process and operational knowledge in sales, customer service, supply chain, and/or procurement.
  • Four (4) - Eight (8) years of military service
  • Ability to speak with high-ranking military personnel
  • Ability to strategically support client initiatives
  • Ability to fact find with targeted inquiries
  • Two (2) - Six (6) or more years of federal procurement experience
  • Familiarity with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS)
  • Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
  • Familiarity with federal budgets and forecasting


Location: Remote work, occasional travel, Headquarters located in Staples, MN, will be required to travel to Minnesota, up to 4 times per year.


Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm CST - Flexibility provided.


Salary: Candidates may be considered for any level of position depending on qualifications and experience.

Salary is commensurate with position and experience.

  • Account Executive, Grade 8, exempt, $66,399.16 - $92,958.82 per fiscal year.
  • Senior Account Executive, Grade 10, exempt, $76,020.39 - $106,428.53 per fiscal year.
  • Principal Account Executive, Grade 13, exempt, $93,128.25 - $130,379.53 per fiscal year.
