Advising key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Workday. Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, overseeing supplier enablement, and best practices
Contributing beyond client delivery, including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement, and beyond
Implementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives

As a Workday Reporting Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Provide expert post-production support for existing Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions
Optimize and enhance existing reports to improve performance and user experience
Partner with clients to analyze evolving business needs and provide solutions for complex reporting challenges
Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues in production environments
Lead report maintenance initiatives and coordinate periodic updates across client environments
Mentor clients on report maintenance best practices and knowledge transfer
Drive continuous improvement of reporting solutions through regular audits and optimization recommendations
Support clients during critical periods such as year-end reporting and compliance updates
Stay current with Workday's latest reporting features and functionality
Maintain your Workday reporting certifications
Apply and enhance Workday and CrossVue methodologies for post-production support
We're looking for someone with:
2+ years of professional services experience in a client-facing role at a leading consulting firm, big four accounting firm, or equivalent experience
Proven experience supporting and optimizing Workday Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, and Composite Reports in production environments
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex reporting issues
Experience maintaining and enhancing existing reports to meet evolving business requirements
Deep knowledge of Workday configuration across multiple production modules including, but not limited to FDM, security, business processes, and system administration
Proven ability to work within a team-oriented environment, but also a self-starter who can take on new challenges and work independently
Demonstrated success in managing multiple client support engagements simultaneously
Passion for exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage client expectations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Human Resources Information Systems, Accounting and Finance, or a related field desired
Experience leading post-production reporting support for Workday HCM and/or Financials preferred
Current Workday Reporting certification preferred

A Note on Travel: Our approach is different in that we are purposeful in scheduling on-site visits with clients around their unique needs rather than the historic Monday-Thursday travel consulting schedule. Travel for this position will be roughly 25%-30% with times up to 50%
