Job Description

As the SuccessFactors Work Zone Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in leading the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone solutions for our clients. This includes designing user-friendly interfaces, developing custom UI cards and dashboards, and ensuring seamless integration with SAP and non-SAP systems. Leveraging your expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services, you will extend and enhance Work Zone capabilities while adhering to client specifications and industry best practices. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to understand business needs, conduct design workshops, and provide training to stakeholders and technical teams. Your deep technical knowledge and innovative mindset will enable you to troubleshoot, recommend enhancements, and drive the successful adoption of Work Zone, helping organizations achieve their goals.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This role will not have direct reports at this time.

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $170,000 depending on experience. In some cases, compensation below or above that range may be offered.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone for clients, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
• Design and develop custom UI cards and dashboards using SAP Build Apps, adhering to client specifications and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and design user-friendly Work Zone interfaces that align with organizational goals.
• Utilize SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services to extend, enhance, and integrate Work Zone with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Create and manage OData and REST API integrations to support Work Zone functionalities.
• Conduct design workshops and training sessions for client stakeholders and technical teams.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Stay updated on SAP Work Zone and BTP innovations to proactively recommend new features or enhancements.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including services like SAP Build Apps, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP Workflow Management.
• Hands-on experience with custom UI card development using SAP Build tools.
• Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks for UI/UX customization.
• Deep understanding of SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and OData services.
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central, Learning, and others that integrate with Work Zone.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Education and Experience:

• SAP Work Zone or BTP certifications.
• Experience with SAP Intelligent Services or event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of content management and publishing workflows within Work Zone.
• Exposure to custom widgets, micro-app development, and extensions for Work Zone.
• Understanding of security protocols, including SAML and OAuth, for SuccessFactors integrations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• This position requires periods of sitting at a desk, standing, and working on a computer.
