Overview

Job Description:

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for managing solution and application implementations for new and existing customers. This role focuses on smaller-scale implementations, typically involving lower-complexity software solutions or smaller customer accounts. Projects may include new system conversions, cross-selling opportunities, or mergers with relatively low complexity. Key responsibilities include customer data conversion, system configuration, go-live transitions, or a combination of these tasks to ensure successful implementation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively and interact professionally with customers to provide a seamless implementation experience.
  • Introduce customers to their assigned CSI solutions, ensuring clarity and understanding of the tools and systems.
  • Define and document implementation requirements, ensuring alignment with each customer’s functional expectations.
  • Stay updated on relevant products and enhancements to maintain expertise for successful customer training and system conversions.
  • Assist with data migration, system configuration, and troubleshooting during the implementation process.

Experience

  • A minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience, preferably in software implementation, customer service, or technical environments.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, demonstrating knowledge and understanding of relevant technical concepts.

  • Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure alignment between system capabilities and customer expectations.
  • Proficiency in learning and applying new software solutions.
