Job description

Business Development Resources (BDR) is the premier provider of business training and coaching services to HVAC contractors. We are currently looking for a Financial Onboarding and Processing Specialist to join our team and embark on their career with BDR! Job Title: Financial Onboarding and Processing Specialist

Department: Profit Coach

Location: Remote

Work Hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, some weeknights, and some weekends.

Compensation: The starting pay for this position ranges from $24.00 to $29.00 per hour, depending on experience. Over time, this role has the potential to earn up to $34.00 per hour based on tenure, performance, and experience, plus spiffs/incentives.

Primary Job Function: The Financial Onboarding and Processing Specialist facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. This work will include various department-specific projects.

Daily Duties

  • Processing of client financial statements as necessary
  • Complete onboarding of new Financial Coach accounts
  • Work with clients to set foundational structure in accounting software
  • Retrieves information as requested from records, emails, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
  • Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
  • Update and maintain templates
  • Update Financial Coach resources as directed
  • Complete reporting as directed
  • Use the tools and resources as provided within the guidelines specified
  • Maintain client files and appropriate electronic documentation as directed
  • Treat all internal and external customers, clients, and co-workers with respect
  • Other duties as assigned
