The Senior Business Operations Analyst is a critical member of the LiveRamp Post-Sales Operations  organization. Reporting to the Director of Post Sales Operations, the Senior Business Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the Services organization (and other Post-Sales organizations) and leaders with a broad range of process, system, data, reporting and enablement activities to ensure the business is operating efficiently and the underlying infrastructure is built to support the growing needs of the business.

You will:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary business partner to the Services leadership team for all operational aspects of the business

  • Identify and define business requirements for evolutionary and transformational operational improvement opportunities spanning policy, process, data, reporting and systems

  • Collaborate with other business partners to ensure connectivity and seamless customer experience across all post sales functions, including Services, Support and Customer Success 

  • Provide expert run-the-business operational support to Services & Post-Sales stakeholders, including tool troubleshooting & issue resolution

  • Partner with Business Technology teams to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions to address business problems

  • Act as Product Owner for operations owned tools, providing stakeholder support and driving new / enhanced features implementation

  • Independently manage operational improvement projects, including change management and enablement

  • Provide insights and analysis on structured and unstructured data with little direction

  • Own business forecasting when applicable (ex: revenue, bookings)

  • Provide input to high level operations strategy, planning & goal setting. 


About you: 

  • 3-5 years working as a business analyst in a Services or Customer Success function within a Saas company

  • Thorough understanding of the primary business processes of a Services business

  • Proven ability to identify critical value-adding enhancements to business processes and systems

  • Proven project management capabilities for small to medium sized projects

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and an investigative mindset, with expertise successfully working through ambiguous situations

  • Highly organized and detail oriented

  • Ability to make prioritization decisions and influence without authority

  • Strong ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to various audiences - from senior leadership to individual contributors

  • Advanced process documentation skills and familiarity with LucidCharts, Miro, Visio or other process documentation tools

  • Expert in reporting and analysis in Gsheets, and ability to create and present information in Google slides 

  • Familiarity with SFDC, Workday and Professional Services Automation (PSA) systems preferred

The approximate annual base compensation range is $91,000 to $140,500. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
