As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships in North and South America, ensuring their success in utilizing our translation management system (TMS). You will serve as the primary point of contact for technical matters, providing expertise, guidance, and support to clients throughout their engagement with XTM.
