We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior Renewals Coordinator to join our team! This entry-level, customer-facing position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you'll be coordinating with customers, organizations, and partners from various regions and backgrounds. In this role, you'll have the chance to meet and exceed your targets while solving problems and delivering excellent customer service. With a strong potential for growth, this position provides ample opportunities to advance within the company as you develop your skills and experience.

This role is based in Israel and speaking Hebrew is a requirement.

Key Responsibilities


  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding renewals and related inquiries.

  • Coordinate between different customers, organizations, and partners to ensure timely and successful renewals.

  • Work to meet or exceed assigned targets and quotas for renewals.

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

  • Maintain accurate records and update customer data in Salesforce (Salesforce knowledge is preferred).

  • Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure seamless renewal processes.

  • Adapt to varying customer needs and workflows with flexibility.

  • Work within the Israeli timezone and communicate effectively with global teams and customers.




Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise


  • High proficiency in English and Hebrew (both written and spoken) is a must.

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, though not required.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • Comfortable working with multiple nationalities in a diverse, multicultural environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
