Job description

As the Business Development Manager (dedicated for Germany region), you will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, playing a crucial role in driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and nurturing client relationships. Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and building successful partnerships in Germany.
  • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the technology and consulting landscape, with experience working with or selling solutions.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with business objectives, with a focus on long-term growth.
  • Relationship Builder: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the German market, including key industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory environment.
  • Results-Driven: Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and achieving measurable business outcomes.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English is required.
