Job description

The Channel Operations Manager serves as an essential operational cornerstone within the Channel Planning & Support pillar, providing comprehensive support to ensure efficient execution and precise prioritization of tasks across multiple concurrent initiatives. This role requires extensive knowledge of supported channels to deliver relevant and timely operational support, while maintaining rigorous standards in data collection and insights generation.


Working closely with the Field Execution team, the Channel Operations Manager translates strategic objectives into actionable plans and deliverables. This position demands a thorough understanding of channel dynamics and operational processes to effectively organize field support tasks, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and create detailed operational summaries for internal reporting. The role is instrumental in maintaining operational excellence through systematic task management, data-driven decision support, and continuous process optimization.

The Channel Operations Manager must demonstrate proficiency in creating and maintaining operational dashboards, producing comprehensive reports, and generating actionable insights that drive program performance. Through effective collaboration with field teams and cross-functional partners, this role ensures that operational execution consistently meets high standards of quality and efficiency while supporting the achievement of program objectives.


Responsibilities

1. Project Execution and Task Prioritization – Support Field Execution team by organizing and prioritizing tasks across multiple concurrent projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.

2. Dashboard and Reporting Creation – Create basic dashboards, produce reporting (primarily in Sheets or Slides) for internal and external audiences to communicate program progress and insights.

3. Collaboration with Field Execution Team – Act as a liaison to the Field Execution team, translating strategic goals into actionable plans, leveraging channel knowledge to provide necessary resources.

4. Data Collection and Reporting – Assist in gathering and interpreting data to generate insights and produce client-ready reports as a secondary support function.

5. Process Improvement and Troubleshooting – Identify and implement improvements to enhance workflow productivity and efficiency.
