Summary
Platzi is looking for a
Course Director to design and optimize cutting-edge learning experiences that empower learners to achieve their goals. This role combines human-centered design, data-driven analysis, and educational innovation to create impactful and effective educational solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to lead the course creation process, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to Platzi’s mission of transforming education in Latin America.

As a
Course Director, you will oversee the end-to-end process of designing and delivering educational solutions that meet learner needs. You’ll collaborate closely with subject-matter experts, educators, and cross-functional teams to develop innovative and impactful courses. By leveraging data insights and learner feedback, you’ll continuously improve the quality of our offerings. This role also involves recruiting and supporting top-tier teaching talent, implementing cutting-edge educational technologies, and ensuring a seamless course launch strategy in partnership with marketing teams.

Requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in designing and optimizing educational experiences, integrating human-centered design and data analysis principles.
- Proven track record of creating effective technology-based learning environments and solutions.
- Proficiency in analyzing learning data and metrics to drive continuous improvement and maintain high-quality standards.
- Familiarity with advanced tools and approaches, such as live coding labs, interactive projects, and programming exercises.
- Strong leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary teams and align efforts toward common goals.
- Experience recruiting and supporting educators, with a focus on technical and pedagogical excellence.
- Adaptability to iterate and refine strategies based on learner outcomes and evolving needs.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Background in programming or familiarity with programming concepts is a plus.
