Job Description

Join our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you’ll ensure a world-class experience for our direct consumers and Warranty RMA services by handling inquiries with professionalism, meeting product delivery and return expectations, and championing Corsair’s commitment to quality.

Responsibilities And Expectations

  • Serve as the first point of contact for consumer inquiries via Zendesk CRM.
  • Demonstrate customer-focused communication skills and professionalism across all levels of the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships that reflect Corsair’s core values.
  • Seek opportunities to enhance and improve the customer experience continuously.
  • Clearly communicate and execute Corsair’s Limited Warranty Policy.

Qualifications

  • Education: BA/BS preferred, or a combination of education and work experience.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; bilingual capabilities are a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Prior experience in a multichannel customer service role (phone, email, CRM, live chat) preferred.
    • Familiarity with Oracle, Shopify, Zendesk, and all Microsoft Tools.
  • Professional Skills:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
    • Ability to type at least 60 words per minute (WPM) with a professional level of keyboard accuracy.
    • Proficient in time management and prioritization, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Additional Information
