Job Summary

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) role is integral to our mission in the Healthtech SaaS space. You’ll be the cornerstone of ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, providing exceptional technical support, and facilitating the onboarding process. This role is key to adapting solutions to various customer business needs and requires a diligent, proactive approach to customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Development: Cultivate enduring customer relationships to boost loyalty and ensure ongoing satisfaction with our products.
  • Feedback Integration and Service Enhancement: Gather, analyze, and integrate customer feedback to refine our customer service strategies and policies.
  • Product Expertise and Onboarding: Deeply understand our products to provide comprehensive technical support and effectively guide new customers through the onboarding process.
  • Operational Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service and uphold our standard of customer success.

Qualifications

  • Native US Fluency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 2+ years in a customer success role for a B2B SaaS business.
  • Demonstrated experience with customer support and account growth.
  • Proficiency in customer success platforms, notably Zendesk and Hubspot.
  • Available and ready to work during core US business hours.

Preferred

  • Prior exposure to the health-tech sector.
  • Comfortable in a startup environment.
