Want to work from home part-time as a salesperson for one of our international clients?


We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to represent our UK and US clients.


If you're a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to earn extra money working from home.


Compensation:

We offer 3 packages based on the clients requirements and your availability:


2 hours per day: R12,500 per month

4 hours per day: R25,000 per month

8 hours per day: R50,000 per month


Job Description:


As a Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in our clients sales process. You will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers, nurturing leads, and scheduling meetings for their sales team. Your goal will be to create a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including online research, social media, and lead databases.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Execute outbound sales campaigns through email, phone calls, and other communication channels to engage and educate leads.
  • Qualification: Evaluate leads' fit and interest in our clients offerings through effective questioning and listening skills.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified appointments and product demonstrations for our clients Sales Representatives to close deals.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in our clients Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the clients sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on target accounts and messaging strategies.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation and conversion metrics to management.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Technologically proficient with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Ability to adapt to remote work and manage time effectively.
