Deputy Sales Manager - Tire, West (F/M/D)
Responsibilities
- Achieving sales target, increasing market share with profitable growth, receivables and develop Tire segment business in Western India.
- Visit potential / existing consumers to understand their requirements / resolve their queries
- Conduct product trials, evaluate customer benefits delivered leading to new business development.
- Ensure to achieve the annual / monthly sales and profit targets.
- Manage distributor and work with them to grow the sales and collect payments.
- Plan introduction of new technologies to improve market effectivity and product line management.
- Participate in the department’s business reviews and share necessary market inputs and updates with the management
- Communicate with target customers and manage customer relationships.
- Monitor competitor activity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, or Business, or equivalent experience in the industry.
- 08+ years of experience in Tire manufacturing, sales and marketing or preferably in the chemical specialty field.
