As a junior-mid level Recruiter, you will play a key role in the full recruitment lifecycle. This includes sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and collaborate with the team to meet hiring goals and contribute to building a high-performing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open roles across various departments.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Manage job postings on job boards, social media platforms, and other channels.
Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Provide support to the team throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication.
Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
Qualifications:
A graduate of BS / AB Psychology
1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an Australian-based environment.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple roles simultaneously.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus (preferably JobAdder).
