HighLevel Web & Funnel Specialist

Starting salary: PHP 30,000 (negotiable)

Job Description

  • Setup and configure HighLevel accounts tailored to business needs.
  • Create and customize sales funnels, landing pages, and websites using HighLevel’s drag-and-drop interface.
  • Implement marketing automations, including email sequences, SMS campaigns, and follow-up reminders.
  • Design and manage pipelines, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and opportunities.
  • Set up and optimize appointment booking systems, integrating calendars and managing availability.
  • Import and organize contact lists, ensuring proper segmentation for campaigns.
  • Manage reputation tools, including automated review requests and feedback tracking.
  • Set up integrations with other platforms (e.g., payment gateways, analytics tools, CRMs, and Zapier).
  • Conduct initial and ongoing testing of automation and campaigns to ensure smooth functionality.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using HighLevel’s analytics tools.
  • Troubleshoot HighLevel issues and provide solutions or escalate as needed.
  • Document processes and provide training to team members on HighLevel’s features and tools.
  • Keep up to date with HighLevel updates and new features, and implement them as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in the HighLevel platform, including automation, website/landing page creation, and pipeline management.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies, funnel creation, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing email and SMS campaigns.
  • Familiarity with integrating HighLevel with third-party applications (e.g., Zapier, Stripe, Google Analytics).
  • Basic understanding of appointment scheduling and calendar management.
  • Knowledgeable in reputation management tools and techniques for gathering customer reviews.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and train users.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple setups and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Capable of troubleshooting and resolving platform issues.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.
  • Work productively with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and develop further expertise in HighLevel and other platforms needed in projects.
  • Skills in web development and tools like ClickFunnels, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign are not required, but would be an advantage.
