We are seeking a Product Analyst to join our growing team!


As a Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing product performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support product development and decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, marketing, and engineering, to ensure that products meet customer needs and align with business objectives.


How You Will Contribute

  • Monitor product performance to identify trends and highlight opportunities for enhancements to our product.
  • Perform detailed analysis and documentation of technical integration requirements with Insurance Carrier partners and other third-party partners.
  • Analyze large data sets and be able to effectively make sense of trends and discover areas of opportunity to evolve our product.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand customer pain points, how they view success, and future needs. You may aid in the collection of feedback through conducting interviews, creating polls, and/or other methods of gathering and analyzing customer feedback.
  • Create reports and presentations about data findings to inform stakeholders on product recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to define, groom, and prioritize the team backlog.
  • As part of the product team, create and manage technical requirements and user stories.
  • Apply product analyst skills and Agile methodologies and practices to solve problems.
  • Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Skills & Experience to Be Successful

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar position.
  • 3+ years’ experience working in product and/or software development field.
  • Experience working in the Insurance industry is preferred.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Must possess advanced Microsoft product skills and familiarity with JIRA, Slack, and other development tools.
  • SQL skillset, while not required, is preferred.
  • Experience with API integration analysis, while not required, is preferred.



The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
