Our client, a dynamic channel partner of monday.com – a leading SaaS platform for work management and team collaboration – is seeking a Sales Executive to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced startup environment with the support and resources of a global organisation.

As the first Sales Executive in the team, you will play a key role in driving sales efforts across Germany. The position combines working with both inbound and outbound leads, offering autonomy and room for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

You will research and engage medium-sized businesses, connecting with decision-makers through outreach channels like email, phone, and LinkedIn. By delivering compelling online demos, you’ll showcase monday.com’s value and build strong relationships. You’ll manage your sales pipeline, ensure follow-ups, support webinars, and stay informed on market trends to identify new opportunities.


Requirements
  • Initial experience in sales, business development, or a related role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Technical aptitude with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot, and familiarity with monday.com
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and well-organised, with a willingness to learn
  • Fluent in both German and English (business level)
