About the Role:
The Program Administrator supports Programs and Contracts in their day-to-day activities supporting Clients, Partners and Customers. The successful candidate will provide a variety of support roles in the management of large-scale contracts and Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). Additionally, they will assist in a variety of functions related to the full lifecycle of contracts management from the identification of an opportunity, proposal support, contract award, contract and vendor management, to contract close-out. Collaboration with Programs, Contracts, Clients and Customers is essential. In addition, the candidate will have regular interface with DLT Sales, Accounting, Marketing and other operational units.
What You'll Do:
Supports Program Managers with a variety of contracts, programs and projects to help ensure organizational goals and objectives are achieved
Serves as Program Manager for Agent Contracts
Serves as the back-up point of contact for contracts, as assigned, to ensure continuity of operations is maintained
Prepares status reports, conducts quality assurance checks and audits, and updates weekly and monthly program dashboard in support of contract/program deliverables
Supports production and presentation of capability briefs, in-process reviews, program management reviews and other presentations for program stakeholders
Maintains customer facing email distros for specific contracts
Responsible for the collaboration with IT to ensure the DLT Program Management and EAP VauDLT collaboration sites are current and organized for ease of the team’s and internal customers use
Collaborates with Marketing to ensure DLT public contract sites are kept up-to-date
Responsible for the registration of DLT on various federal, state and local procurement/registration sites to include password/login management
Monitors and responds to customer questions and helps to resolve issues as it pertains to the Customer Portal (password resets, navigation of portal, process questions) and/or ELSA (i.e., ordering, product availability, terms and conditions)
Responsible for the functional/user testing for the DLT MarketPlace to ensure enhancements, bug fixes, and critical patches
Owns the contract closeout management process. Works with Order Management, Accounts Payable, Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Project Accounting to ensure contract closeouts are completed with DLT’s SLA timeframe.
Maintains the Check Process for DoD, Agency-Specific and ESI Contracts. Initiates internal check process, creates payment cover letter, mails check, and files all check information with C3 contract file.
Supports Program Manager and Pricing Team with Quarterly Sales Report process for DoD, Agency-Specific and ESI Contracts.
Responsible for review/approving/rejecting Quote Validation Tool CRSP tickets. QVTs are required when Opportunities include Letter of Authorization and/or Price Exception (quoting higher than contract pricing)
Supports the creation and QAs all PMO on-demand training within DLT University prior to release.
Supports Program Managers with the development and management of program documentation (i.e., ordering guides, dashboards, leakage prevention plans, portal user guides, customer trainings, Sales SOPs)
Reviews, comments and maintains Contract Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) assessments and records. Provides CPARs summary report to Sales Ops in support of ISO certification.
Principal author of the internal DLT Contracts Portfolio Playbook and external Procurement Linecard. Coordinates with Program Managers to ensure all contract information is current and accurate.

+3 Years as a Program Administrator or equivalent work experience
Exceptional abilities with Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple task assignments
Superior organizational skills and ability to multi-task

Robust knowledge of GWAC and “best of breed” Government Contracting Vehicles

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
