Enterprise Account Executive - America

Joining us as an Enterprise Account Executive means stepping into a senior role within our US Sales Team, where you’ll drive ambitious growth, forge lasting relationships with enterprise customers, and accelerate your career in the fast-paced world of SaaS.


What You’ll Do

  • Proactively and creatively identify new Enterprise business opportunities and close deals.
  • Become a business owner and trusted advisor, guiding customers through their localization journey with Phrase.
  • Skillfully present Phrase’s value to potential customers, tailoring solutions to their unique needs.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise companies (1,000+ employees).
  • Source and win net new logos while maintaining an accurate and robust Salesforce database.
  • Develop and execute effective growth strategies and sales plans.


What You Bring

  • A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the localization sector.(Essential)
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the enterprise space.
  • Expertise in building and managing your own pipeline of enterprise clients across defined regions with a hunter mindset.
  • A creative, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
