Job description

Are you a data-driven professional with a passion for optimizing supply chains? An established e-commerce company based in Madrid is seeking an Inventory Analyst to join the dynamic Purchase/Supply Chain team. This role primarily focuses on inventory management, data analysis, and process improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

Monitor stock levels across all product lines to prevent shortages or overstock.
Place timely and accurate purchase orders with suppliers to ensure consistent inventory flow.
Utilize advanced Excel skills to model, analyze, and interpret inventory and supply chain data.
Identify areas for improvement in inventory management processes using data-driven insights.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize holding costs.
Work closely with the purchasing, supply chain, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient operations.

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Fluency in Spanish and English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including data analysis, modeling, and visualization)
Deep understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
Experience with supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Knowledge of statistical forecasting methods
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
