Experience
- at least 3 years of professional experience in Sales role in the SaaS/e-commerce industry
- experience in B2B sales (knowledge of sales techniques, ability to speak the language of benefits)
- experience in presenting SaaS products - explaining technical concepts in a simple and accessible way
- knowledge of CRM systems such as Pipedrive or Hubspot
- openness and strong relationship-building skills
- creativity and independence
- willingness to develop and discover/learn new solutions
- native speaker/fluency in German
- very good English level (min.B2)
Tasks
- taking care of clients during the trial period to ensure subscription renewal
- acquiring new clients - long-term users of our product
- conducting online presentations for potential clients
- educating and developing knowledge about the capabilities of our product among new and existing users
- reporting and analysing progress
- constant optimisation and improvement of the customer success process
- market analysis - trends, competition, consumer needs
- working with a CRM system to manage sales
