Job Title: Remote Chief of Staff (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,500 - 2,200 USD/month depending on experience + 1 week PTO

Schedule: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Chief of Staff to provide strategic and administrative support across our client's two growing businesses. This role will work closely with the business owners and leadership teams to streamline operations, manage key projects, provide key support, and drive efficiency across both organizations.


The ideal candidate is a dynamic professional who excels at multitasking, has strong problem-solving skills, and thrives in a remote environment. This role will serve as a critical partner to the ownership team, ensuring the businesses run smoothly and efficiently.


Responsibilities:

  • Answering Inbound Calls: Be the welcoming voice that greets our customers, addressing their inquiries, scheduling service calls, and providing assistance with professionalism and warmth.
  • Scheduling Service Calls and Estimates: Master the art of scheduling efficiently, coordinating appointments, and ensuring our customers receive timely service from our expert team.
  • Following Up on Estimates and Unbooked Leads: Take the initiative to follow up with potential customers, answer questions, provide additional information, and convert leads into booked appointments.
  • Outbound Calls for New and Improved Services: Seize the opportunity to reach out to our current and potential customers, introducing them to new services, special offers, and opportunities for improvement tailored to their needs.
  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and ensure our database remains up-to-date, helping us streamline operations and deliver seamless service.


Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, Chief of Staff, or related field with a US business.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
  • Prior experience in customer service or related fields is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a home-service-type company is a major plus.
  • Must be able to prioritize and determine where to focus time/effort without constant direction.
