The Head of Field Marketing reports into the Commercial function and will support Körber Supply Chain Software's strategic planning process, working closely with the other marketing functions and coordinating with key internal and external stakeholders. The role is responsible for defining strategies and tactics for the go-to-market of new and existing products and services, leveraging global programs and activities.
What a day in the life looks like:
- Develop a strong pipeline of potential customers. You will be responsible for lead and opportunity management and provide regular business impact reporting and analysis.
- Lead a team of two full-time employees and an additional student to develop a cross-country digital-first strategy and motivate the team to excel in digital demand generation.
- Work closely with sales and support them with marketing assets that help accelerate the buying process and improve close rates.
- Create marketing strategies and activities for existing customers to maintain customer loyalty, referenceability and solution penetration.
- You maximize synergy with the global shared services teams (Global Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Product & Portfolio Marketing and Corporate Communications & Brand) to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- You will work with target partners on strategies and plans to increase joint sales and market share.
This is a remote-based role with some travel to our Blackpool and Basingstoke Offices.

What you bring to the team:
- An experienced marketing professional with both practical and strategic focus and the ability to effectively collaborate and coordinate activities with prospects, partners, customers, sales, marketing, product development and external vendors.
- Proven marketing skills developed in enterprise software companies with value-added software and service solutions for demanding customers, plus digital marketing skills.
- Experience with Marketo and Salesforce automation tools.
- Experience in the logistics/supply chain industry is a big plus. But even more important is the ability to quickly absorb new information about our technologies and solutions and apply it to selected target markets
- Excellent verbal and written communication to present strategic information to large groups of professionals inside and outside the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple ongoing activities in parallel, meet tight deadlines and deliver clearly defined results to gain company-wide respect for the marketing department
