Job Description

After an initial training period, you will be responsible for the troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of our injection molding systems at our customers' facilities. You will operate from your home office, ideally located in Madrid area, with general administrative support from our regional office. This position offers great challenges and has a direct impact on the final business result and growth opportunities. It is a unique opportunity to join a very dynamic organization, combining your technology focus and inter-human skills to support our global customer base.

Responsibilities

• Traveling regularly to our customers, mainly located within Iberia, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, installing or upgrading all Husky products
• You will help our customers optimize their operations with onsite training and follow-up visits
• The position will require frequent travel within Spain, Portugal and surrounding areas (up to 100% travel)
• You will be responsible for the execution and follow-up of your customer visits, creating reports and offering advice to promote Husky’s products and services
• You should be a self-started that understands the importance of customer satisfaction and can be an ambassador for our strong core values
  
  

Qualifications

• Technician or engineering degree with general experience in control systems, and/or equivalent hydraulic, electrical or mechanical experience
• Trouble shooting attitude and focus on correct working practices
• Knowledge in PLC controls and in industrial automated systems
• Your initiative, your team spirit and time management abilities enable you to deal with multiple priorities in a timely and proactive manner.
• Some experience in field service and injection molding would be considered an asset
• Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese
• Good English knowledge
• Additional language skills in Italian or other languages would be considered an asset
