Job description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, with a focus on automation. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop test plans and test cases.
  • Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and ensure the quality of the software.
  • Work closely with developers to debug and resolve issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
  • Continuously improve the automation framework and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Document test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in QA automation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in QA automation, including experience with tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exposure to Salesforce
  • Exposure to Xray
  • Available to work in second / afternoon shift to support US time zone
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with performance testing and load testing tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Github.
  • Certification in software testing or quality assurance.
