Completed studies or training in computer science or telecommunications is preferred., Basic knowledge of MS Teams, Powershell, and SBC is desirable., Fundamental knowledge in VoIP., Very good German and good English skills..Key responsabilities:
- Support existing customers remotely from our locations.
- Participate in customer projects related to Microsoft Teams and Direct Routing.
- Create documentation and manuals for service.
- Assist in general customer service.
