Are you passionate about Business Process Automation? Nestle Business Services Lviv team is looking for those who are ready to take on the challenge and become a part of Nestlé Solution Automation Team as an RPA Sustain Specialist. The RPA Sustain Specialist ensures that robotic process automation (RPA) systems operate smoothly and perform optimally. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in controlling, reporting, resolving incidents, administering the system, managing problems and changes, overseeing the platform, and providing technology support on a superficial level.

You are:

Completed high education in a field requiring strong analytical and quantitative skills, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related discipline (advantageous).
With good communication skills at various organizational levels, including English proficiency.
Familiar with process automation and robotic process automation concepts.
Meticulous attentive to details.

With you we will:

Investigate and identify the root causes of issues and anomalies in RPA processes, logs, and configurations.
Review any support tickets or requests from the RPA development team or end-users.
Analyze and troubleshoot reported issues, which may involve investigating code, reviewing logs, or replicating scenarios.
Communicate with the RPA development team to understand the context and details of the reported issues.
Collaborate with senior RPA developers to discuss and resolve issues.
Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting common issues and their resolutions for easy reference by the RPA development team.
Dedicate time to learning the RPA technologies, including attending training sessions or self-paced learning materials.
Collaborate with other teams, such as the business analysis team or the operations team, to gather requirements, provide support, and address any issues related to RPA implementations.
Participate in team meetings or discussions to provide insights, suggestions, and updates on ongoing support activities.
