You are:   

An experienced professional in Innovation or Operations, specifically on the management of Packaging Materials, Finished Products, Packaging Safety and Compliance

Having Business experience (Technical & Production or Supply Chain or Procurement)

Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel 

Having system knowledge (SAP related)

A great communicator and a team player  

Having Project Management and Change Management experience

Confident in English on at least Upper-Intermediate level  

With you we will:

Maintain an up-to-date and accurate portfolio of Packaging Material and Packaging Specifications (PMPS), including a well-defined process for discontinuation and status maintenance (e.g., "Using" and "No Longer Using" statuses).

Encourage the use and reference of Packaging Base Material Specifications (PBMS) in PMPS, following guidance from CT-PTD Packaging, R&D/NPTCs, and Nestrade (Procurement).

Provide leadership to PMPS Authors and Approvers, e.g., problem resolution

Coordinate activities to ensure collaboration across the Markets and ensure that all requests are handled prompt and effective in accordance with relevant rules and principles.

Provide technical training, advice & arbitration. Encourage networking within and across Organizations (geographical, organizational and functional)

Monitor relevant PMPS KPIs. Identify corrective action and ensure process effectiveness
