Job description

Our client is a cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence company seeking an experienced and highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join their team. This fully remote position offers competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to work with some of the brightest minds in technology.

Qualifications & Skills:

Russell Group University Background
- Degree from one of UK's top research universities indicates strong analytical skills needed for this role

5+ Years Experience
- Demonstrated experience managing cloud infrastructure at scale

AWS
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) including EC2, S3, RDS etc., necessary for building scalable systems

Terraform
- Expertise required in implementing Terraform modules that build complex infrastructures on AWS

Responsibilities:

* Designing and deploying resilient cloud-based infrastructure solutions using AWS services such as EC2 instances or Lambda functions.
* Implementing automated deployment pipelines leveraging tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD pipeline.
* Managing production environments by monitoring system health metrics while ensuring high availability levels are maintained through proactive maintenance practices.
