Sales Engineer - Multiple Industries
Location: Fully Remote with some minimal travel.
Compensation: 85,000K to 130,000K base salary. This will range on experience. Commissions are uncapped. (70/30 split from base to commissions).

Position Overview

The Sales Engineer will collaborate closely with the Sales Team to drive customer success by providing expert technical guidance during the sales process. This role is ideal for a professional who excels at combining technical knowledge with outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and demonstrate how company's solutions meet their customers needs.
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective clients.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor, addressing client concerns, objections, and technical challenges.
  • Assist in the creation of proposals, RFP responses, and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Product and Engineering, to ensure seamless client onboarding and integration.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role within SaaS, IT Consulting, IT Services, or similar.
  • Proven hands-on experience with RFPs/RFIs, Proof-of-Concept, etc.
  • Experience working with technologies such as APIs, cloud platforms, and integration software.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the year
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
