Your Role

Responsable de gestionar la función de capacitación trabajando de cerca con los gerentes de departamento y supervisores para identificar los requisitos de capacitación, desarrollando planes para capacitar a los empleados nuevos y existentes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Proporcionar capacitación en sistemas operacionales y en el ámbito general de los negocios a nuevos usuarios utilizando técnicas de capacitación efectivas y documentación de alta calidad. Esto incluye la realización de capacitación en línea y en vivo.
  • Asegurar que toda la capacitación sea registrada de manera precisa en el sistema de gestión de aprendizaje (LMS) de la empresa.
  • Supervisar e informar sobre la completitud de la capacitación para competencias tanto técnicas como de habilidades blandas.
  • Investigar métodos y técnicas de capacitación en el lugar de trabajo, manteniéndose actualizado sobre los desarrollos dentro de la industria y la competencia.
  • Administrar evaluaciones para determinar la efectividad de las estrategias de capacitación.
  • Crear materiales de capacitación de alta calidad conforme a los estándares de KN utilizando plataformas digitales/tecnología disponibles (myKN/Wiki) según lo determinado por la empresa.
  • Desarrollar conceptos de capacitación y rutas de aprendizaje para equipos e individuos.
  • Impulsar la productividad de manera orgánica mediante la mejora del conocimiento y las competencias de la organización.

  • Experiencia en logística
  • Inglés intermedio
