Manage Manufacturing Product Quality for Nokia Network Infrastructure Manufacturing Partners (EMS)

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

Manage cross functional Continuous improvement process with Nokia Network Infrastructure manufacturing partners

Utilize 8D process for Problem solving

Provide Monthly feedback using NI Quality Scorecard process for each Manufacturing Partner

Focus improvements on Factory Leading Indicators (Test and Visual Mechanical Inspection)

Perform periodic Quality Audits at Manufacturing Partners sites

Interface between Nokia Customer facing teams and Manufacturing for Manufacturing related issues

Support Nokia Product Finished Goods Warehouse for product related issues

Key Skills And Experience

Knowledge of Workmanship Standards for Electronic and Mechanical Assemblies

Quality Tools/ Processes – DMAIC, 8D, RCA

Prior Manufacturing experience of Electronic Assemblies

Certified Quality Auditor

Effective Communication Skills

Microsoft Office – Excel, Word & PowerPoint
