Job description

Our Fortune 500 client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Program Manager Tech 3 to join their team. As a Program Manager Tech 3, you will be part of the Field Insights team supporting various regions across the Americas. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Program Manager Tech 3

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $50/hr - $55/hr

What's the Job?

  • Support all America regions from a Field Insights perspective through bi-weekly rhythms with Field Leadership.
  • Manage CSAM triage for Premium Customers and capture MSX pipeline signals throughout the month.
  • Interface with the Sales Team to manage incoming demand and customer escalations related to capacity.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership in the field to drive critical milestones and enhance customer experiences.
  • Organize cross-functional activities ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget constraints.


What's Needed?

  • 8-10 years of experience in relevant work, particularly in data analysis and CRM data management.
  • Proven ability to translate technical and business needs effectively.
  • Experience presenting to management and summarizing capacity issues within the region.
  • Strong collaborative skills to work with diverse personalities within the team.
  • Experience with Azure is preferred.
