Job description

ITMAGINATION helps its Clients by becoming a true extension of their software and data development capabilities. Through the readily set up, comprehensive, and self-governing teams, we let our Clients focus on their business while we make sure that their software products and data tools scale up accordingly and with outstanding quality.

We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Senior Business System Analyst position and participate in our up-and-coming project from the pharmaceutical industry.

You can expect:

  • an opportunity to directly impact the success of clinical trials, driving innovations in pharmaceuticals and healthcare
  • working with internal teams on items involving interfaces, middleware, databases, security, etc.

Requirements

  • Previous clinical trials experience with expertise in CTMS (preferably Veeva)
  • Strong expertise in SQL
  • Hands-on experience with change management, ticketing system, source code repositories, learning management systems
  • Process knowledge of application support, change control, unit testing, UAT coordination and production deployment
  • Understanding of integration interfaces, middleware, DCS, databases, and security
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical and process documentation
  • Great English skills - both spoken and written
