Position Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Vice President of Delivery is a cornerstone of Argano’s Connect Business Unit (BU) leadership team, driving excellence in end-to-end project execution and delivery. This pivotal role ensures Argano’s delivery capabilities align with and advance the company’s strategic objectives, fostering innovation, operational excellence, and client satisfaction across our Connect (BU). This BU specializes in Data and Integration solutions leveraging technologies such as Tableau, Boomi, MuleSoft, and other cloud-based platforms. The VP of Delivery will spearhead efforts to elevate delivery standards, optimize processes, and inspire teams to achieve superior outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement comprehensive delivery strategies that align with Argano’s organizational goals.
• Define the vision and direction for delivery operations within the Connect BU and across the company.
• Champion service innovation, process optimization, and adoption of industry best practices.
  
  

Project Oversight And Excellence

• Oversee the delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Establish and refine methodologies to manage risk, quality, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular reviews of project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  
  

Team Leadership And Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing delivery teams.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Implement training programs and career development initiatives to build team capacity.
  
  

Client Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
• Act as an escalation point for project challenges, resolving issues effectively and maintaining client trust.
• Drive client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery.
  
  

Operational And Financial Management

• Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of delivery operations.
• Implement cost-control measures to enhance profitability while maintaining quality.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and inform decision-making.
  
  

Innovation And Industry Leadership

• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and delivery methodologies.
• Integrate relevant advancements into Argano’s delivery practices to maintain competitive advantage.
• Promote a culture of adaptability and forward-thinking within the delivery teams.
  
  

Education

Minimum & Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• MBA or master’s degree preferred.
  
  

Experience

• 15+ years of experience in project and/or program management, with a proven record of managing complex delivery portfolios.
• 10+ years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams in technology delivery, with a focus on data and integrations.
• Deep expertise in platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Tableau, Azure, and GCP.
• Proven success in client management, business development, and strategic planning.
• Experience within a consulting or technology services environment.
