Join our innovative team as a Pharmacy Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in driving success for our business coaching operations! Under the guidance of the Director of Business Coaching Operations, you'll be responsible for identifying and compiling key reports and analyses that empower our business coaches to support both departmental and customer initiatives. In this collaborative position, you'll analyze internal business reports, conduct trend analyses, and generate insightful, data-driven reports that inform coaching assessments and uncover valuable customer opportunities. You'll also identify recurring issues and leverage your discretion and independent judgment to research root causes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to investigate and implement solutions. - Maintain and develop strong working relationships with independent pharmacy owners and employees while conducting regular check-ins with pharmacy owners to identify opportunities for business improvement and to offer solutions.
- Deliver presentations and reports to pharmacy owners and employees, helping them understand and act on insights.
- Execute reporting, evaluate key pharmacy performance indicators, and identify meaningful trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Provide clear, concise, and timely reporting that coaches can draw upon to optimize their time with the pharmacy and influence customer behavior/decisions.
- Assess issues/opportunities and recognize developments or data points that require further investigation.
- Manage queries from coaches; investigate, troubleshoot, and provide assessment.
- Investigate reporting/data issues, troubleshoot, and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Provide input from a business and IT perspective and contribute to the department’s short-and long-term planning sessions to provide direction and ensure understanding of reporting and data capabilities.
- Work cross-functionally to gather supporting data as needed.
- Manage and prioritize workload to provide reporting on a consistent and timely basis.
- Perform related duties or special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Requires broad training in fields such as accounting, mathematics, data science, statistics, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; normally requires a minimum of five (5) years directly related and progressively responsible experience.
- Advanced analytical skills and experience collecting, organizing, and disseminating information accurately
- Working knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution business and customer facing programs. Deep understanding of community pharmacy operations and drivers of revenue within a pharmacy
- Ability to convey results of analysis in an easy-to-follow format
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work well within a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint
