Step into the role of Account Manager - CRLTC and take charge of managing and supporting one of three pivotal areas: Long Term Care (LTC) customers, Buying Group support, or Community Retail support for district directors and sales teams. We’re looking for a dynamic individual who excels in relationship management, ensures compliance, and actively supports sales efforts within their assigned segment.

Long Term Care (LTC) Customers:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with LTC customers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operational needs of LTC accounts, understanding their needs and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Monitor and report on the activities and performance of LTC accounts to upper management.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless service delivery to LTC customers.
Identify growth opportunities for LTC accounts and assist in the development of strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
Prepare and participate in Strategic Partnership Reviews (SPRs) to evaluate account performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Provide onboarding support for new LTC accounts/customers to ensure a smooth transition and integration.
Maintain strong relationships with the CRLTC sales team to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Buying Group Support:
Act as a liaison between external buying groups and internal cross-functional teams.
Coordinate contract updates and perform regular validation of account setups to minimize exposure due to inaccuracies.
Manage monthly and quarterly rebate reviews, approvals, and tracking, and assist with issue resolution.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for buying groups to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Enhance the profitability of buying group memberships through program utilization reviews and best practice sharing.
Prepare and participate in Strategic Partnership Reviews (SPRs) to evaluate account performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless service delivery to buying group customers.
Provide onboarding support for new buying group accounts/customers to ensure a smooth transition and integration.
Maintain strong relationships with the CRLTC sales team to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Community Retail Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operational needs of community retail accounts, understanding their needs and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Monitor and report on the activities and performance of community retail accounts to upper management.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless service delivery to community retail customers.
Identify growth opportunities for community retail accounts and assist in the development of strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
Provide onboarding support for new community retail accounts/customers to ensure a smooth transition and integration.
Maintain strong relationships with the CRLTC sales team to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field.
Minimum of five (5) years of directly related and progressively responsible experience in account management, sales, or a similar role.
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain cooperative working and business relationships.
Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Thorough knowledge of pharmaceutical products, programs, and services.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Self-motivated, able to work independently under general direction, and handle sensitive and highly confidential information with discretion.
Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently, and escalate issues when appropriate.
Ability to be flexible and work well under pressure of deadlines.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to ensure a positive customer experience.
Travel will be based on supported customer segment and communicated with the candidate prior to accepting the role.
Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to lead, manage, and support multiple projects with diverse scopes in a cross-functional environment.

Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
