Job description

Our client is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Design Specialist to join their dynamic team. This part-time role offers the flexibility of remote work, with the potential for increased hours based on project needs. The position is slated to run until the end of 2025, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and presentations
  • Learn and apply brand guidelines
  • Work proficiently with InDesign, Mac IOS environment, Adobe Creative Suite Software, and Microsoft Office 365 software


The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design
  • Previous experience in the medical device or pharma industry
  • A strong portfolio showcasing their work
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • The ability to work flexibly, including occasional weekends

Additional Information:

  • Candidates must be available at least one day a week during core business hours (8 am to 5 pm PST) for project assignment and review
