Crypto is a strategic focus for Stocktwits. We are looking for a passionate Crypto-native leader to join our Community team. Our Crypto community is large, fast-growing, and has momentum. We’re committed to doubling down to significantly accelerate our awareness in the ecosystem.

The role

Remote - United States Preferred But Not Required

In this role, you will lead the growth and engagement of the Stocktwits Crypto community. This candidate will help build Stocktwits’ awareness and relevance in the Crypto ecosystem. The candidate will also be responsible for acquiring and retaining new users. You will be an independent contributor reporting to executive leadership.

What You'll Do

• Lead Crypto Community engagement at Stocktwits. Track and measure engagement and growth across the platform
• Foster strategic partnerships with web3 ecosystem projects, influencers and crypto personalities, media networks, and crypto brokerages
• Drive Stocktwits user acquisition and retention by constantly learning, researching, and experimenting with new community-building ideas and strategies
• Drive social media growth by implementing strategies to engage and grow Stocktwits Crypto communities across Discord, Telegram, X, Reddit, TikTok and other relevant platforms
• Monitor, moderate, and manage community sentiment and engagement to build a healthy, engaged community. Ensuring processes are in place to foster best practices for existing members
• Report on the success of Community initiatives with qualitative and quantitative insights to senior leadership
• Represent Stocktwits at key industry events while obsessively tracking ROI metrics
• Solicit Crypto community feedback from Stocktwits. Act as a liaison between Product, Community, and Sales teams
  
  

What You'll Need

• 4+ years of proven experience in online community management in the Crypto ecosystem
• Must be passionate about online communities, particularly in the web3 ecosystem
• Extremely well-versed in social media platforms, techniques, and methods
• Current Stocktwits user with an appreciation for our community
• Experience detecting and mitigating spam and other online vulnerabilities; ability to review sensitive content and demonstrate good judgment in resolving issues and representing our brand
• Experience working with and reporting KPIs to senior leadership
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to balance numerous projects while meeting tight deadlines
• Effective interpersonal skills, particularly in building relationships and working collaboratively both internally and externally
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
