Job description

As an IT contract negotiations analyst lead you'll be responsible for the overall oversight of contractors, including off-shore resources, for large strategic programs and/or various size projects within IT. In this specific role, you'll conduct sourcing and negotiation for mergers and acquisitions. You'll work with legal, finance, information security, risk and other SME stakeholder groups to review contracts (including business and legal terms), to ensure merged agreements are reflective of the most competitive and compliant terms for Progressive. You'll also maintain inventory of renewal opportunities and engage with IT stakeholders, procurement governance, and IT finance on upcoming activities including contract renewals, contract mergers, and supplier activation. You'll manage and integrate contract execution and purchase order creation within Coupa.

This is a remote position for US-based work only.

Must-have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a business or IT related discipline (e.g., MIS, Business Management) and a minimum of six years of experience in business, sourcing, negotiating contracts, and/or developing and maintaining vendor relationships
  • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of eight years related work experience in business, sourcing, negotiating contracts, and/or developing and maintaining vendor relationships may be accepted

Preferred Skills

  • Contract drafting and negotiation experience, to include a full understanding of business and legal terms
  • Demonstrated experience navigating source to pay systems and source to pay processes
  • Familiarity and experience with negotiation IT contracts (hardware, software, telecom, cloud, and labor)
  • Merger & Acquisition Procurement experience
  • Insurance and/or Financial Services Procurement experience

Compensation

  • $104,682-$123,000/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive program up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
