About the role:

As a Full Stack Java Developer, you'll become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

Responsibilities:

• As a Senior Full Stack Java Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing our Customer Care Solutions based on Spring Boot and React
• Using CI/CD pipelines managed through GitLab, you will deploy your developments in our Azure Cloud, adhering to best practices, particularly in the areas of security and availability
• Within an agile squad, you will work closely with your colleagues and have a knack for analyzing stakeholders’ challenges and transforming them into smart solutions together with your team. By integrating services from other departments, you enable
• a 360° view of all Customer Care-relevant processes while applying key principles in the development of distributed systems and interfaces
• As part of the Ciklum community, you actively shape your work environment and share your knowledge and experience with your peers—because together, we are strong!

Requirements:

• You are comfortable working in both backend and frontend development
• Knowledge of software design and several years of experience in Java programming are desirable
• Strong knowledge and experience with modern frontend stacks such as React or comparable frameworks like Vue
• Experience working with virtualized infrastructure (K8S, Docker)
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as GitLab or similar solutions like Jenkins
• Knowledge and experience in test automation
• Experience in agile development with short release feedback loops and a focus on continuous improvement—Kaizen is not a foreign word to you
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, a proactive and solution-oriented working style, as well as good English language skills
